Horizon Scanning for Strategy2028

Phase 2 of the Strategy2028 design process is about stimulating ideas, having conversations and scanning the horizon to prepare us for future challenges and opportunities. One of the important milestones in this phase is the Member Association (MA) consultations.

The MAs and their clients are the primary stakeholders in the IPPF strategy development process. The MA consultation form, which was co-developed by a group MA directors, is designed to inspire strategic conversations among MA staff, governance, clients and youth volunteers. The form asks a series of open-ended questions about the MA and Federation.

Please download the form in your language of choice and return it no later than 31 July 2021.

It is up to each MA to decide how to answer the questions. We ask that you keep the answer simple and clear; and that Member Associations have an inclusive process that provides space for different voices to be heard. We would especially encourage you to include youth voices. This will help build a strategic framework that is fit for purpose.
